Public security boundary

Public Web Diagnostics is limited to bounded, read-only requests against public targets. It must not bypass authentication, WAFs, CAPTCHAs, access controls, permissions or rate limits.

Site-side boundary

Authorized site-side diagnostics may inspect deeper evidence, but remain read-only and problem-specific.

Responsible evidence handling

Implementation-sensitive or proprietary information belongs in authorized site-side diagnostics and should not be exposed unnecessarily in public reports.
