Public evidence minimization
Collect and disclose only the minimum information necessary to establish externally observable behaviour.
Proprietary evidence protection
Implementation-sensitive evidence belongs to authorized site-side diagnostics.
Explicit authorization
Site-side evidence is accessed only after owner or administrator approval.
Minimum necessary evidence
Even after authorization, seek only evidence relevant to the diagnostic question.
No circumvention
No bypassing authentication, WAFs, CAPTCHAs, access controls or security measures.
No arbitrary execution
No arbitrary PHP, shell, unrestricted SQL, remote command execution or unrestricted filesystem access.
Human control
EP may report and suggest. People decide what to change.
